AUSTRALIAN OPEN – 4th Round & QF summary. 91.66%

We were expecting correct prediction percentage going up in the latest stages of Tournaments and our AI PREDICTOR didn’t let us down. In fourth round of AUSTRALIAN OPEN our allowed margin error was 1 match out of 8 matches. We correctly predicted 7. There were no surprises in 6 matches according to Bookmakers odds.

Alcaraz, Sinner, Zverev, Djokovic (W/O), De Minaur & Shelton all won their matches. Our AI PREDICTOR didn’t agree with “Experts” on Musetti v Fritz match.

We were right again selecting Musetti as a winner. In the last few months Musetti is consistently showing better form than Fritz. He has higher rating on our Current rating and last 10 (matches) performance and even ATP tour.

The biggest surprise of the round was Tien win against Medvedev. Tien already beat him twice before, and we wrote articles about Tien that he is rising star. Still expectation was that Medvedev would perform better that 3:0 lose (including 2nd set 6:0).

The best prediction of 4th round goes to match: Zverev v Cerundolo: Prediction: 6-3 6-4 and was 6-2 6-4 6-4

In QF there were no surprises: Alcaraz beat De Minaur and Sinner beat Shelton both 3:0.

Zverev beat Tien 3:1 and…Djokovic was losing 4-6 3-6 3-1 when Musetti was forced to retire.

Now there are 4 best men standing. It doesn’t happen often that all 1-4 seeded players reach semifinal. All of them are in top 4 in our Current and also in ATP tour rating list.
